On the southern outskirts of Cranbrook on the western side of the Rocky Mountain Trench, this popular year round outdoor recreation site is centered on Jimsmith Lake. There is swimming, camping, picnicking and water sports in summer, ice skating and cross-country skiing in winter. Power boats are prohibited.

There are 29 campsites and no reservation.
