The Brewery De Gouden Boom maintains a brewery museum about the history of the 31 breweries in Brugge which were operational at the beginning of the 20th century. The museum is located in a malthouse constructed in 1902 -- all of the original beer-making machines are still intact. A glass of beer is included in the price of admission.
