The Baldwin Park Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente's newest facility, offers a full range of outpatient care as well as 24-hour urgent care services. The medical center complex features more than 800,000 square feet of state-of-the-art medical equipment in a user-friendly environment. Services currently offered include diagnostic radiology, family medicine, internal medicine, optometry, optical dispensing, occupational medicine, physical medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, allergy, obstetrics/gynecology, psychiatry, and physical therapy. The center also features a pharmacy and a clinical laboratory.

More than 96 physicians and 572 support staff serve Health Plan members in the San Gabriel Valley, which includes the medical center and its satellite medical offices in Montebello, West Covina, and San Dimas. The medical center is part of the Member Service Area that includes Bellflower Medical Center and Harbor City Medical Center.
