Founded in 1925, this is a public institution offering undergraduate programs in liberal arts, sciences, business and professional areas, and a masters degree in business administration. There are 3 undergraduate schools and 1 graduate school. The 42 acre campus is in a small town 250 miles west of Denver. Including residence halls, there are 26 buildings.

There are no fraternities or sororities, however there are over 50 groups and organizations.
