Silverthorne

Silverthorne is one of Summit County's ski-area gateway towns where lodging, equipment rentals, and dining are much more affordable. The community is just off I-70 on the banks of the Blue River near the Continental Divide. Ptarmigan and Eagles Nest Wilderness areas provide excellent outdoor recreation. One of Silverthorne's most popular attractions is the Silverthorne Factory Stores, which features over 70 name-brand stores.
