The purpose of the Railroad Museum of New England is to establish an interpretive facility where the story of the region's rich railroad heritage can be effectively told. Ride the `Naugy` from the Litchfield Hills to the Brass Mills of Waterbury back to the spectacular Thomaston Dam. Pass by rock outcroppings, rushing water, bridges and historic structures during your 20 mile round trip! May-November, selected weekends and weekdays, call for times and departures!
