The Light and The Glory art gallery is located at the foot of the sleeping giant mountain in picturesque Hamden. The gallery is unique in its twofold theme. It features an extensive selection of art by Thomas Kinkade, America's most-collected living artist. The civil war section gallery is the only one of its kind in Connecticut and features the works of such premier civil war artists as Mort Kunstler, John Paul Strain, Don Troiani and Dale Gallon.
