The mission of the The Sanctuary, Deland Church of God, is to perpetuate the full gospel of Jesus Christ in the spirit and power of Pentecost. It exists to celebrate God's presence, to demonstrate God's love, to communicate God's word, and to educate God's people. It offers Sunday services and conducts student ministries.

Catfish Festival Crescent City FL April5-6 Since April 1978, the Rotary Club of Crescent City has held its annual 'Catfish Festival the first Saturday of April at Crescent City's Eva Lyon's Park.
