Swerdlow Gallery is located in the historic town of Kapaau on the Big Island of Hawaii. It offers originals, fine art reproductions, and an array of gift items, including exquisitely carved and etched art glass. Residential projects include etched glass block and granite surfaces, murals, tiles, faux finishes, and stained glass, all with Sue Swerdlow's unique designs. Sue's studio gallery in Waikaloa Village, set above the sparkling Pacific, is also open to visitors, by appointment.

Annual Maui Steel Guitar Festival Maui HI April19-21 Featured performers will also conduct on-site school visits to various Maui schools to educate and and inform Maui's youth about the Hawaiian steel guitar. These visits, targeted specifically for students of these schools, includes both educational sessions and entertainment by the visiting performers.

Merrie Monarch Festival Hilo HI June7-9 Merrie Monarch Festival is a week-long cultural event held annually in Hilo on the island of Hawaii. Festivities start on Easter Sunday and culminate with the Hula competition events at the Edith Kanaka'ole Tennis Stadium - Miss Aloha Hula on Thursday, Hula Kahiko on Friday, and Hula 'Auana on Saturday.
