St. Anthony Regional Hospital and Nursing Home was founded in 1905 by Reverend Joseph Kuemper. St. Anthony Regional Hospital, along with its medical staff, serves several West Central Iowa communities.

St. Anthony Regional Hospital is a 99 bed facility with a connected 79 bed nursing home. The hospital is a member of the American Hospital Association, the Iowa Hospital's Association, and has been designated as one of sixteen regional hospitals in Iowa by the Iowa State Department of Health.
