Hells Canyon Winery

Search Caldwell Idaho

Hells Canyon Winery, founded in 1980 by chef and winemaker Steve Robertson, has developed a series of wildlife labels from original artwork. The Robertsons believe that the wilderness defines the Northwest, and so donate a portion of proceeds to wildlife conservation organizations.

Idaho's ancient volcanic soils and temperate climate produce naturally balanced ripe fruit flavors and crisp acid finishes. Hells Canyon Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot reflect the character and individuality of the Mountain West.

Go about 13 miles from Interstate 84, turn left on Lowell Road toward Ste Chapelle Winery. Take first right on Chicken Dinner Road, then left on Symms Road.
