The Stone Mill Bread bakes 7 to 9 varieties of bread daily, using only the freshest and finest natural ingredients available. No oils or fats of any kind are used, nor do they use preservatives or dairy products (except in cheese breads). It also offers several specialty breads, baked only on certain days throughout the week. The breads are available at their bakery/store in Boise, Idaho, at many retail stores throughout Idaho, and over the internet. Fresh breads include Honey Whole Wheat, Multi Grain Bread, and Cinnamon Swirl and Specialty Bread includes Cracked Pepper Parmesan, Foccacia, and Sourdough.
