Search Visit Idaho

The Spokane River originates at the north end of Coeur d'Alene Lake and flows westward, eventually joining the Columbia River in Washington. During the Spokane's short course through Idaho, it is dammed at Post Falls. Above the dam, the river is heavily used for recreation.
