Hamilton County Conservation Area

Located about 8 miles southeast of McLeansboro off Highway 14, the Hamilton County Conservation Area also offers fishing in 75-acre Dolan Lake. Fishing for largemouth bass, bluegill, channel catfish, and walleye is popular. Wildlife food and shelter plots support ample game populations for hunting on the site's 1,700 acres.
