South Shore State Park

Across the lake from Eldon Hazlet State Park, South Shore State Park is on Carlyle Lake's southeast side. Because of the wide expanse of water, there's no horsepower limit on boat motors, making the 26,000-acre lake a popular weekend destination for boaters.
