Charlie Trotter's offers three daily menus, the Grand Menu, the Vegetable Menu and the Kitchen Table Menu. The grand menu consists of seafood and meat selections supported by vegetable and grain elements. Poached poussin with winter beets, Hawaiian pineapple and preserved ginger sorbet, and Satsuma-sauternes gratin, are specialities. The vegetable menu comprises Fingerling Potato Soup with Terrine of Yukon Gold Potatoes, Savoy Cabbage and Roasted Walnuts, koshi hikari rice cake, and Meyer lemon sorbet. The kitchen table menu contains Big Eye Tuna with Daikon and Hearts of Palm, warm souffle of acorn squash, and chocolate souffle. Trim Bach gewurztraminer, and sirita cabernet franc are included in the wine list.

Charlie Trotter's was inducted into the esteemed Relais and Chateaux and was accepted as a member by Traditions and Qualite.
