John Hay Center

Located on East Market Street, this center houses a reconstructed pioneer village that includes a blacksmith shop, a carriage house, a jail, a general store, a school, a church, a log cabin, a smokehouse, barn and loomhouse. The center also contains the John Hay Home, which was Hay's birthplace; and the Stevens Memorial Museum.

The statesman's home has been restored and furnished in the 1840s style.
