HOME OF THE WORLD'S SECOND LARGEST WHALE. Also on display the boat that Sir Roger Casement and Captain Robert Monteith came ashore from the German Submarine U.19 on Banna Strand, Co. Kerry on Good Friday, 1916 during the Easter Rising in Ireland. See the Mammoth skeleton of the 65 ft whale washed ashore in Ballyheigue in November 1994. Rare display of natural history exhibits of scientific, maritime and general public interest. Admission: Adults 2.00, Children 1.00.
