Today, under the direction of Dr. Thelma White, who became president in the summer of 1998, ECC enrolls approximately 3,200 students, and now has the second largest community college student population in the state of Kentucky. Just a mile from downtown Elizabethtown, ECC has served the Commonwealth for more than three decades at its main campus. Classes are also offered at off-campus sites in Bardstown, Brandenburg, Fort Knox, Hardinsburg, and Leitchfield.
