The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital is a non-profit primary care hospital that operates 4 ICU, 22 medical-surgical, 8 swing and 25 nursing facility beds in Mercer County, Kentucky, 40 miles southwest of Lexington and 70 miles southeast of Louisville. Their medical staff consists of six family practitioners, two internists and one pediatrician in the City of Harrodsburg and fifty specialists from Lexington and Danville, many of whom hold regular clinics at the facility including oncology, podiatry, cardiology, orthopedics and gynecology. They offer personalized family oriented patient care and services, including a twenty four hour well equipped emergency department, with a commitment to continuous quality improvement and community service.
