National Scouting Museum

Located on the campus of Murray State University, this museum celebrates and chronicles the history of the Boy Scouts from 1910 to the present. Highlights include hands-on exhibits, the Amazing Adventure indoor maze and Scouting Theater. On display is what is considered to be the largest collection of original Norman Rockwell scouting paintings, as well as other scouting memorabilia.

The National Scouting Museum is currently in the process of relocation to Irving, Texas; scheduled re-opening is set for 2002.
