You are invited to experience the charm and quaintness of the French Creole Cottage (C 1850) listed on the National Historic Register. With Oak Alley Plantation as its neighbor, Bay Tree Plantation faces the Great River Road on the west bank in St. James Parish. The Greek Revival style home, adjacent Rene' House and Dr. Vignes Cottage give compliment to four acres of property buffered by lush green cane fields. Bay Tree offers seven bedrooms including one master suite, a luxury cottage, all furnished in antiques, full and half tester (canopy) beds, private baths with antique footed tubs or whirlpool baths.
