Sportsman's Paradise Region

The numerous rolling, wooded hills and the plentiful lakes, rivers and bayous of the Northern Louisiana have contributed to its nickname, "Sportsman's Paradise". The area provides excellent opportunities for hunting and fishing and in addition, boasts such historical claims to fame as Henry Shreve's breaking of the log jam on the Red River, and the demise of Bonnie and Clyde.

As a testament to its diversity, the region continues to experience record growth as evidenced by skyscrapers, grand hotels, casinos, museums, parks, world-class restaurants, and sporting and cultural events.

Newly done.
