George B. Goodall began construction of this community hospital in memory of his wife, Henrietta. The hospital was still under construction when he died in 1927 and the Goodalls' daughter, Marion (Goodall) Marland, carried the project through to completion in 1928.
Since its opening, the people of the Greater Sanford/Springvale region have depended on Goodall Hospital for compassionate, family centered care. They are proud to continue the caring tradition today, while keeping pace with the dramatic changes occurring in health care.
