Located on South Badour Rd., this center emcompasses 1,000 acres of woods, fields, ponds, rivers and wetlands as well as hiking and cross-country skiing trails. A museum has hands-on exhibits, a library, a restored 1870s farm, an 1880s log school house, a sugar house and an aboretum of Michigan trees and shrubs.

Open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 1pm-5pm; holiday hours vary.
