Memorial Healthcare is a 131-bed facility with a medical-dental staff of over 130, and over 1,000 employees. They are a not-for-profit hospital governed by an independent Board of Directors. They are the ONLY hospital in Shiawassee County, serving a population of approximately 105,000.
