George W. Spindler Memorial Library, serving an area of 2,100 residents, has a collection of 7,200 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 96 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials, as well as 30 video items, such as DVDs and VHS tapes. Internet terminals are available for use by the general public.

Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $2,300. Patrons make 1,400 visits annually, and check out materials 5,000 times. Fifty-four percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
