Borderland Lodge and Outfitters

Located in the Minnesota/Canadian Wilderness at the western entrance to the boundary waters, immediately adjacent to Voyageurs National Park; their outfitting service provides groups or individuals with canoes and all equipment and supplies needed for a backpacking/canoeing adventure in the wilderness. They also offer a popular drop-off and pick-up tow boat service. Boat and motor rental, bait, tackle and gas are available at the resort; new Coast Guard-licensed Jet Boat Shuttle Service. Accomodations include 1-, 2- and 3-bdrm cabins, completely furnished, most with spacious decks. They also offer a 6-bdrm, 2-bath unit with fireplace, for up to 16 guests. Seven of the cabins are harbor-side and face the Crane Lake harbor, while most of the others are in the woods; two of the cabins are near the lodge, where the bar and restaurant are located.
