Little Elk was built in 1975 on the rolling, wooded acres outside of Browerville. It stresses team work and unity, not individual competition. With a potential capacity of 100 campers per week, Little Elk Ranch is one of the largest youth camps in the Midwest. The horse program at Little Elk is just one of the opportunities to develop a sense of responsibility in the camper. Each camper has their own horse for a week. Numerous water activities are available, including swimming, canoeing or just sunning on the sandy beach of Coal Lake.
