This company made and sold Minnesota foods before starting on Minnesota wines in 1996. It wasn't much of a jump to add products such as raspberry and black currant honey wine to such products as raspberry jellies, black currant syrup and honey.
Minnesota Wild has two storefronts half a mile north of McGregor on Hwy. 65. In one, they provide wines and tours of the winemaking process. In the other, jellies, syrups and other Minnesota goodies are sold including wild rice, fish batter and homemade fudge.
Open daily year-round. Tours and tastings are free.
