A visit to Munsinger/Clemens Gardens, whether in the spring, summer or fall, is certain to be a treat for the senses. Visitors can stop to smell the flowers, listen to the birds, walk along the river, or toss a coin into a wishing well. At the corne r of Killian Boulevard and 13th St. is Clemens Rose Gardens. One of the largest public rose gardens in the state, it contains over 1,100 rose bushes. Funding for the roses, building materials, and horticulturists has come from generous park neighbors Mr. & Mrs. William E. Clemens.
