This is the restored boyhood home of Noble Prize winner Sinclair Lewis. Sinclair used his life experiences in Sauk to write the book 'Main Street', a candid look at small-town attitudes during the 1900's. The house is furnished with early 20th century peices and guided tours are offered. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
