Located on College and Randolph Streets, this museum features a mixed bag of some 40,000 artifacts relating Marshall County history; included in its three floors of display space are Civil War items from the 62 Union raids on Holly Springs, a military uniform collection, an old doctor's office, articles of women's clothing from the 1870s, Victorian dollhouses, and antique furniture, tools and machinery.

The museum is housed in the hundred-year-old Mississippi Synodical College dormitory building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Open Monday-Saturday all year, except the week before Christmas. Group tours are available.
