Greycliff Prairie Dog Town State Park

The park is located in southeast Montana, nine miles east of Big Timber, off Interstate 90 at the Greycliff Exit. Here you can see a blacktailed prairie dog community that has been protected and preserved through the efforts of the Nature Conservancy, the MT departments of Transportation and of Fish, Wildlife and Parks. Interpretive displays tell the story of these small entertaining prairie dogs. Pets are allowed but must always be on leash.

Day use fees is charged per vehicle or per person, May through September.
