Libby Dam is a 420-foot-high multi-purpose water resource project. The visitor center at the dam is located on the west side of the dam and can easily be reached from the Forest Development Road 228 or by turning off MT Hwy 37 and crossing the top of the dam. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9:30 to 6:00.
