A natural impoundment, Salmon Lake is one of the beautiful links in the chain of lakes on the Clearwater River. Fishing, boating, and a variety of water sports are popular activities in this woodland setting of western larch, ponderosa pine and Douglas fir. Situated on 42 acres at an elevation of 4000 feet, the park provides 20 camp sites. RVs are limited to 25 feet in length. Maximum stay is 14 days in a 30-day period. Day use fees are are charged per day and there is a camping charge also. The park is 5 miles south of Seeley Lake on MT Hwy 83.
