Wade Lake Cabins are sheltered in a forested canyon on Wade Lake among firs, pines, and aspens at 6,300 feet. Wildlife includes deer, antelope, black bear, otter, beaver, and bobcat. It provides housekeeping cabins which have complete kitchens with all utensils and equipment, furnaces as well as wood stoves, and outdoor gas or grill BBQ’s. The cabin's electricity is generated on site through silent water power. The restrooms and showers are located in a separate, modern, heated building next to the cabins. Activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife viewing, and photography.
