Wahkpa Chu'gn Archaeological Site, overlooking the Milk River, is one of the best preserved bison kill sites in the plains area. It is believed that Indians first stampeded bison off this jump almost 2000 years ago.

Five on-site displays expose excavated bison kill and campsite materials at a depth of up to 15 feet. Guided tours June 1 through Labor Day. Special tours by appointment.

On the National Register of Historic Places since 1975.
