The Verandas is an elegant 8500 square foot Victorian Italianate Mansion located in the beautiful Wilmington. Only two blocks from the Cape Fear River and the Riverwalk, the Inn offers an entire floor of beautiful public guest space: large formal living room, piano room, breakfast room, dining room, as well as reception area and terrace. All eight guest rooms are large corner rooms with state of the art individual climate control. Guests may choose from a selection of king, queen, or twin beds.
