National Buffalo Museum & Visitor Center

The museum traces the history of the bison through historical displays, artwork, American Indian hunting artifacts, frontier-era relics, a period gun collection and a display about the uses of the buffalo. An observation deck allows visitors to view a live herd of grazing buffalo. Changing exhibits are featured.

Open daily 9am-8pm in summer; hours vary the rest of the year.
