Harrison is located in Sioux County (of which it is the county seat) extreme northwest corner of Nebraska 11 miles from the Wyoming state line between Van Tassell and Crawford at the junction of US Hwy 20 and Hwy 29, near Oglala National Grasslands and Nebraska National Forest.
