The Kona Mansion Inn, a 1900 English Tudor fieldstone building, is located on a knoll above Lake Winnipesaukee. On their 120 acre grounds, they provide services for weddings, family reunions, parties, business meetings and conferences. It has nine individually styled rooms.

Rooms have double or single beds, private baths, TV and air conditioning. Resort activities include tennis, 9 hole, par 3 golfing, swimming, lawn games and hiking.
