Since 1954, families have found entertainment for the young family at Storyland. They have unique playgrounds, familiar characters, misting tents, tree sculptures, mama's houses and a gift shop. Rides and attractions follow fairy tale themes. Families can bring a picinic or choose from the many food booths. Storyland's location in the White Mountains means that green space, trees, and scenic views are important features of the park, which sits on 35 acres of hilly terrain. The rides and attractions are built into the natural features of the landscape. Some parts of the park are wheelchair accessible.
