Adair Country Inn has ten guest accommodations. There are nine rooms in the main building and a private, two-bedroom, one-bath cottage at the base of the hill next to the gated garden. Each guest room is named after a mountain in the Presidential Range. All of the rooms are appointed with antiques, art, and wall-to-wall carpeting. The rooms feature one bed, private bath, air conditioning, personalized bath amenities, and CD players. The living room has a fireplace and several seating areas. The granite Tap Room is available for relaxing recreation. Breakfast includes baked granola, yogurt, fruit, a variety of fruit juices, milk, freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruit cup, hot popovers, and a hot entree.
