The Historic Alden Country Inn is a full service country inn and fine dining restaurant located in the quaint village of Lyme. It offers fifteen guest rooms that have been restored and features private baths, telephones, TV and air conditioning. A full country breakfast is served that includes freshly baked scones and muffins, a variety of egg dishes, their famous stuffed French toast or pancakes topped with maple syrup. The inn also provides banquet facilities for wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, or other special events. Area attractions include Billings Farm and Museum, Montshire Museum of Science, Raptor Center and Hanover’s Hood Museum.
