Henrietta is located in Monroe County 8 miles S of Rochester along Interstate 90 near Rochester Institute of Technology and is in the Western Region of the state. Henrietta is part of the Rochester, New York metro area.
It was named after the Countess of Bath, daughter of Sir William Pulteney.
