Historic Phelps Hotel Restaurant offers delmonico steak, New York strip steak, veal parmesan, veal French, chicken Dijon, chicken French, chicken parmesan, stuffed chicken breast, Grecian chicken, chicken stir fry, broiled scallops, California pasta, shrimp alfredo and shrimp stir fry. The Phelps Hotel is a Historical Landmark which was built in 1867 by Peppermint Magnate, Lehman Hotchkiss at a cost of $26,000. It has hosted visitors to the area since its Grand Opening on New Year's Day in 1868! Local historians claim that 300 dinners were served on that first day of business.
