Upstate Homes is a not-for-profit organization serving more than 500 people with developmental disabilities and their families in Central New York and across New York State. It has a heritage based on providing care and treatment to those individuals that are under-served. Established as the Upstate Baptist Home for Children in 1925, they have grown to a multi-service organization that provides residential supports, educational and clinic services for people with developmental disabilities. They feature residential school, community homes, adult day habilitation programs, preschool and early intervention, and article 16 clinic services.
