Located between East 21st St. and East 22nd St. this property is just around the corner from charming Gramercy Park. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to the Village, Soho, Madison Square Garden and Off-Broadway theater. The small three story building contains a health food shop on the ground floor and three apartments on each of the uppper floors. The street door is locked at all times and is connected to each apartment via intercom, bell and buzzer. A service laundry is across the street. Our One Bedroom apartment is one flight up. The bedroom has double glazed windows facing east overlooking Third Ave. Recently decorated it's furnishing includes a queen (double) size bed, a three seat sofa bed, double dresser, bedclothes, cooking/eating utensils, towels, dining table and (4) chairs, (4) table lamps, (2) area rugs, a two seat sofa, coffee table, window blinds, and pictures. Equipment includes (2) air conditioners, radio alarm clock, iron and board, toaster, coffee maker.
