Ashland

Ashland is located in Ashland County (of which it is the county seat) northeast of Mansfield between New London and Hayesville along Highway 545 and 60 on the banks of the Black Fork River near Charles Mill Lake and Dam. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 21,521, an increase of 1,442 since 1990.
